About the Role:

Jointly recently exited beta, and is seeking a Growth Marketer who will own email, performance, and field marketing in addition to customer engagement. This is a high impact role and will report directly to the Founder & CEO. Ideal candidates have experience in early-stage SaaS startups selling to SMB or Mid Market. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record of significantly growing top of funnel awareness in an autonomous, entrepreneurial environment.

A day in the life:

  • Own all aspects of performance marketing (paid search, display, seo, attribution, scoring, funnel optimization, customer engagement, etc.)
  • Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to prospect lists which yield MQLs
  • Organize and attend various industry events, conferences, and promotional events generating product awareness and sales/partnership opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and optimize metrics such as CPL, CAC, LTV, etc. to fuel informed decisions regarding marketing budget allocation
  • Devise creative ways to help Jointly grow its user base

Required skills and disposition:

  • Innately curious with an analytical mindset
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Experience working in a SaaS growth function
  • Outgoing personality - comfortable hosting promotional events
  • Self-motivated with ability to work at a fast paced and navigate ambiguity
  • Previous real estate industry experience/exposure strongly preferred
