Implementation Engineer

The Implementation Engineer is a builder. As a key member of a critical team, you will sit at the crossroads of product development and customer success. You will leverage our platform to create endless product experiences and are able to rapidly create, test and deploy solutions in a highly autonomous environment. This is a great opportunity to work on the bleeding edge of PropTech while making an immediate impact on real estate transactions, building a more efficient and transparent experience for all parties.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build solutions using our low-code development platform. This includes:
• Developing a ‘Turbo Tax’ experience for real estate contracts.
• Collaborate with agents and brokers to discover the best solutions for unique real estate scenarios.
• Implement improved methods to solve our client’s problems.
• Maintain high quality solutions by resolving defective behaviors in a timely manner and actively working to prevent defects in the future.
• Interpret business requirements and independently translate them into development tasks that you will execute.
• Provide technical triaging for our users working on in-progress, real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

• Highly detail oriented
• Working knowledge of Javascript or Python
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum and/or Kanban
• At least 1 year experience working within the SDLC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 4-year degree in STEM or Business

Nice to Have:

• Experience with a SaaS startup
• Experience with no-code or low-code platforms
• Experience with Real Estate or Legal Contracts
