About the Role

Jointly has reached initial product market fit and is looking to accelerate growth by hiring its first few sales team members. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team at an early-stage tech company in a large industry. You will become an important member of the core team and influence the company's continued growth and direction while helping to shape the future of the real estate industry.

A Day in The Life

  • Discover and drive new business opportunities via cold outreach and other prospecting activities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product and demonstrating expertise in solving prospect's problems
  • Deliver quality, opportunity-tailored, demonstrations to prospects based on the prospect's unique needs and business model
  • Intimately understand a day in the life of our customers (real estate agents, teams, brokers, and transaction coordinators) so that you can accurately and concisely communicate how Jointly makes their day better
  • Negotiate and close deals and then successfully handoff new clients to the implementation team
  • Wear multiple hats: build a narrative & pitch, build & refine the sales process, work with marketing for necessary collateral and tools, interpret & relay feedback to the product team, etc.

Necessary Skills and Disposition

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a SaaS sales environment
  • Entrepreneurial: desire to wear multiple hats, grow, move fast, iterate, and consistently achieve superior results
  • An innate curiosity and thirst for progress
  • Previous real estate industry experience strongly preferred
