Release notes

• You'll now see emails and texts that you've sent on your deals and offers/leases in your Activity Feed.
• Clicking on a message will bring up a message preview so you know exactly what communications were sent.

You can now can create a dedicated Referral deal, where you can draft and sign your Referral Agreement, Commission Invoice, and any other related documents.

• No more waiting for that delayed criminal report—you can now access your prospective tenant's TransUnion screening report as each report section is ready.
• Agents will also get a notification when reports are available.

• You can now upload documents directly to Jointly by sending your files to the specific email found in your Documents Tab of a deal folder.‍
• Pro tip: Make sure you copy the right email address for the specific folder (for example, you'll want to send documents like a Buyer Representation Agreement to your Representation Folder, and offer documents like a signed purchase contract to your specific Offer Folder).

• We've merged the action buttons on the Deals page (previously Start Offer and Add Client) to one button named "Add Deal".
• The search and filter features are disabled until you have 2+ active deals.
• Pro features are also hidden on Starter accounts until at least one deal has been created.
• When uploading documents, the "map" box will be unchecked by default, which uploads your documents normally to the Documents tab. Manually checking "map" will open them up in the Tasks tab so you can add fields to the document.
• If you've started an offer/application from the Listing Portal, you'll see a button that guides you directly to your offer to make navigation easier.

For any document tasks in your "Assign" folders that you may have sent outside of Jointly, you can mark the task as complete and it will drop to the completed section.

Jointly has convenient and easy-to use webforms for document drafting, but if you ever need to make manual changes to the fields, click "Preview" on your document task and select "Manual Control" from the dropdown.

We've improved the search bar on your deals page—individual offers will now show up in your search results alongside your client deals.

• The Pending section now includes a new tab called "Document Signatures," which shows which documents across your deals still need signature.
• You can now also directly remind participants to sign from this tab—no need to navigate into your deal!
• Once signatures are complete, email notifications will now have download links to the completed documents.

• Smart Fields are now allowed in subject lines of emails and partner email templates.
• Participant information and ability to kick of a task is now available via the API.
• New deal statuses are now supported - Withdrawn, Terminated, and Expired.
