Do I still need to use offer writing or electronic signature software (i.e. ZipForms, Dotloop, DocuSign, TransactionDesk, etc.)?

With Jointly, you don’t need any other offer writing or electronic signature software to draft and submit offers. You can do it all with Jointly. Draft offers with pre-mapped, promulgated forms, easily e-sign contract documents, track progress with real-time offer status updates, and much more.

Do I need to onboard or be trained to use Jointly?

Nope. We designed Jointly to be an intuitive and easy-to-use platform so you can get started right away. No time-consuming trainings. No onboarding. However, if you ever have any questions, our support team is available 24/7 to help you.

Does Jointly support leases?

Yes, you can use Jointly to draft and submit leases.

Can I upload additional documents like the prequalification letter, proof of funds, a personal letter from the buyers, etc.?

Yes, Jointly makes it easy to add additional documents to the offer. In addition to the required contract forms, you’ll have the option to add other promulgated forms from the forms library or upload documents from your computer.
